User Content
When using our services, you may submit personal information such as your name and residential address to receive your ordered artworks. By submitting personal information, you consent to our use of this information solely for the purpose of delivering your artworks.
Artworks Ordering and Donations
Ukraine.Residence of Freedom facilitates artworks ordering and donations to support Ukraine. When ordering artworks and making donations, you agree to:
– Follow the guidelines and rules set by Ukraine.Residence of Freedom.
– Only order artworks for lawful purposes and in accordance with these TOS.
– Provide accurate and complete information when placing your order.
– Fulfill your obligation to provide payment for your order and donation promptly.
– Understand that all collected funds (excluding expenses for printing and delivery) will be transferred to support Ukraine.
– Please note that payment for your order and donation will be processed by a third-party vendor. Ukraine.Residence of Freedom does not store any credit or debit card details.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Ukraine.Residence of Freedom does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on our platform. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions or for any loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use of our platform.
Limitation of Liability
