Bogachuk is discovering Ukrainian ethnic visual codes, folk art and traditional culture, trying to rethink and combine them with contemporary context. The ethical theme is the red line through all her artworks.
Usually she work with traditional materials such as linen, oil paintings and charcoal, but in the latest project she’s experimenting with textile, transparency and multilayer combined with oil painting.
